e-Homeopathy Terms and Conditions

Use of the e-Homeopathy service is entirely at your own risk. 

When you use the e-Homeopathy service you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be modified from time to time at the sole discretion of Evie Pace Registered Homeopath. Each time you access this service you will be deemed to have accepted any such changes.

e-Homeopathy content

The content of the e-Homeopathy service and the content of any personal messages is available for personal non-commercial use only.

Nicky Gibney holds the copyright to the work. The work is property which is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not exploit any part of the content in any way without the written permission of the copyright owner.

Nicky Gibney assumes no responsibility for the contents of any other web sites to which this web site has links. Such links are provided for information and convenience only and do not imply endorsement of material on any other site. 

Fees:

e-Homeopathy consultation fees are £15, including email follow-up for up to one week as deemed necessary by the homeopath. The fee does not include the homeopathic remedies, however information is provided on where to obtain these within the UK.

Security:

e-Homeopathy consultation forms are submitted via Gravity Forms, and therefore have a similar level of security to email. Data is not encrytped, but is password protected.

Data protection:

We take appropriate steps to maintain the security of your data on our service. The open nature of the internet means that data may flow over networks without security measures and may be accessed and used by people other than these for whom the data is intended. Our intention is that this should not happen and we take measures towards ensuring it does not.

In accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to access any information that we hold relating to you. We charge a fee of £10 to cover costs in providing this information to you.

All information submitted will be treated in the strictest confidence, and used only to prescribe from. Patient details are kept on file for a period of time as directed by law: a minimum of seven years after the last consultation and, in the case of children, until their twenty-fifth birthday. 

 Your email address will be added to our database to receive seasonal newletters containing changes to practice details; simply unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter or let us know if you wish to be removed from the database.

 The therapeutic procedures in this site are based on the training and personal experience of the qualified homeopaths that give advice here. All of the homeopaths providing the eHomeopathy service are fully qualified and registered with a professional body in the UK. For further details please make a specific request via email. The homeopaths giving advice are not responsible for any adverse effects or consequences resulting from use of this service. If you access e-Homeopathy from outside of the UK it is your responsibilty to make sure the medicines purchased are suitable and legal. 

Right to refuse treatment:

We retain the right to refuse treatment, in which case you will be provided with a full refund. If your case does not come under the remit of the e-Homeopathy service, but requires a full consulation, we will inform you of this and refund your e-Homeopathy fees.
